Some handwoven or limited pieces may require additional time.
If so, this will be clearly communicated before dispatch.

Shipping Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within:

• India: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery timelines may vary due to location, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

• Domestic (India):
  Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

• International:
  Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and weight at checkout.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via email or SMS.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy

Kindly ensure that the shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate at the time of placing your order.

We are unable to redirect shipments once they have been dispatched.
